Robotic Hand

Theo Hillers GmbH has implemented an innovative solution for picking sieves and their sprues using an Additively Manufactured Robotic Hand. Traditionally, this part would be made using aluminum components weighing between 3-4 kg. However, the company has developed a 3D-printed hand made from Polyamide 12, which weighs only 420g. This significantly reduces the weight of the end effector, improving the overall performance of the robotic system.
