Optimized induction coils

Inductive heating is commonplace in the metalworking industry. Automotive and industrial suppliers use this heating process to temper components. We offer additive manufactured coils out of pure copper in combination with our Engineering Service, a computer-aided optimization of the heating behavior. Freedom of design offeres new possibilities. The shape of the coil can be optimally adapted to the component to be heated. The additive manufacturing of an induction coil takes only a few days, conventional production takes up to several weeks. The reproducibility of the coil is higher than manufactured conventually.
