Mass customization of 3D printed Eyware is realised by the combination of a full 3D face scan and AI.
Each frame produced is truly different with more than 7 billion combinations in one frame. The automated full face 3D scan solution and the frametric customization software support the creation of ready-for-production files with personal fit and requirements. After the 3D scan process, model and color selection the frametric software calculates the exact fit of the frame. The optician can make adjustments to the panthoscopic angle, the box size, height and width for true personalization.
